This Mana x Mutual collaboration stands for more than just a quality coffee, Pathfinder is a nod to everyone out there on the road of discovery, paving their own way and making it happen.
This coffee is simply delicious, sweet honeycomb and ripe, sticky fig flavours combine into a dreamy cup from the fantastic Ana Mustafa of Fincas Mustafa in Colombia. A smooth everyday coffee perfect black or white.
Oh yeah and it also came 3rd place at this years Glasgow Coffee Festival!
This particular lot from Fincas Mustafá has undergone a “batch-fed” system, wherein the first batch of ripe cherries are picked and placed in a tank for 24 hours to rest. After which a second batch of ripe cherries repeat the process and are added to the same tank, allowing 48 hours total for the coffee husk to rest before being pulped, washed and dried.
